Writing poetry in a secret place

Pigeon-herding in practice.

Going to bed with wet hair

Going to bed with wet hair makes me wake up with more or less wavy/curly hair. Today was more... and I was late for work so no straightening time. Made the best out of the situation and ran for the bus.

Always time for tea

Today. I re-dyed my slightly washed-out green hair before breakfast (I slept long and didn't get up until 0730 this morning), then wandered about the flat, made some work-related phone calls, drank alot of tea, read some, and went out to drink more tea with a friend.

And just a comment on the photo - I was considering censoring it, because I am not a neat freak and while I really try to keep things neat theres stuff left on every available surface that I don't notice. I decided to be honest about it though; this is how my place looks like when I am convinced it is very tidy. Some people I know would be horrified at this state - I'm not and I refuse to be ashamed! (Oh, and you can barely see the corner of the huge pile of paper on the floor behind me. hah.)

On another note; my dear colleague (the one that brings me joulusuklaa!) commented upon my hair last week. She said something very close to the following: "You get used to it fast. At first, especially when it was hanging loose, it was very green and it was alot of it. Then a few days later you had braided it and it seemed to me like green pigtails were perfectly normal, anyone could have that."

Green hair and interesting(?) facial expressions

Well, as you can see, my hair is much greener than it looked in the earlier photos - and in addition its now all the hair, not just the bangs. Yay! :)

As usual when taking photoes, at first I wasn't quite sure where the camera was pointing or what would happen. Testing, testing... Then I started testing smiling (very daring, you see - doing two things at once, like smiling and pressing the button on the camera! Complicated stuff.)

Books! More books! This seems to be more a portrait of my bookshelf than me, and I am not sure why I am posting it since you can see books in all the pictures.
Dunno why I am posting this either. But you can see my dragon ear ornament. :)
Then I started making faces at the camera. A typical sign that it is time to go do something else, have some tea, or maybe a whisky - so I went to empty the camera instead of taking more pictures, and here we are!
